March 30th

WOW, where did the last 2 weeks go.  Man its been busy.  Been test driving cars, working on my travel journal (12 pages done in 2 days...Yes, will share soon).  House cleaning.  Purging, sorting.  Feels so good.  More to come.
Been hanging with the kids too.  Afternoon at the beach, after doing a photo shoot.  So many pics to share.  Stay tuned, may get time tonight.

Digital Layout

Had a day where I thought a quick digital layout would be easier than getting all my papers out!  The photos were taken a few days ago.  I love that my kids love the water.  Patrick loves doing pin drops.

Remember!

Today I remember that our son Christopher was born on this day 13 years ago.  I dont think about him as often now, but he is still dear to my heart.  I know that oneday we will be reunited with him in Heaven.
Here is a layout I did about a song that a friend wrote the night that he died.

Wetlands

I so shouldnt post this photo first, as so much has happened since I posted last.

• Keren turned 10 yesterday!  Where did that time go??
• Keren came 3rd in the Kart club day today
• Steve came 2nd in the Rotax light today.  His first ever win......he is so pumped!
• Had an awesome Open Kart meet last weekend.  Lots of new faces, and fun to be had.
• I am creatively frustrated.  So I have made a pact with myself to try something different.  I'm gonna go SIMPLE!  I'm hoping that if I put it in my blog, I might actually do it.
• I'm gonna try to be less hard on myself.  I am NOT perfect, nor will I ever be, so I just need to let it go!
• Oh, and I'm gonna be healthier this year.  I am over getting viral things...very over it!

Ok, so after getting all that off my chest.......Here is my photo today.
Its at McLeods Morass.  Wetlands.  Stunning spot.  Saw some eagles and stopped to look.  Some of those eagles were at least 4 to 5 feet across.  WOW!

Photo Inspiration

I took this photo 2 months ago.  Took one look at it this afternoon, and had it in a layout in just under an hour.  Still stunned!  I dont usually scrap that fast.  Says alot for being home, with a rotter of a virus.
