Black Thursday

I thought I better do a fire update, as alot of people have been wondering how we are.  We have been in bushfire zone for over 2 weeks now.  With Today being the worst day of the lot for us, so far.  The ember attacks were only 15-20 mins from us, with Lindenow residents patrolling their homes. 

And "Black Thursday" is what my workmate dubbed the day.  As it was BLACK here by 4pm.  It was so scary.  I have never seen anything like it.

The sky is clear here today.  Well, cloudy, but not smelly like it has been.  The wind is in a good place today.  Tuesday and Wednesday next week, we will be most likely in for more of the same.  Pray for alot of rain, cause thats what we need at the moment.

I have made a photo album for fire photos , that I will keep adding to.  Its amazing that we have seen so many different colors in the sky.
