Today I remember that our son Christopher was born on this day 13 years ago. I dont think about him as often now, but he is still dear to my heart. I know that oneday we will be reunited with him in Heaven.
Here is a layout I did about a song that a friend wrote the night that he died.
Here are the words to the song.
“CJ’s Song”
There’s a full moon rising in a velvet sky
The night wind blows upon my tears
My arms are empty; I’m asking “Why?”
I feel I’ve aged beyond my years
Still there is one thing I know I know.
I know that all your ways are just
Still there is one thing I know I know
You are the God in whom I trust
His memory hides deep within my heart
Forever now he will live
His smile shines like a jewel in the dark
Thank you for such a precious gift
Still there is one thing I know I know
I know that all your ways are just
Still there is one thing I know I know
You are the God in whom I trust
To you I call Oh Lord, my Rock
Please hear oh hear my cry
I lift my hands towards Your Holy Place
Draw me to Your side
Yes, there is one thing I know I know
I
know that all your ways are just
Yes, there is one thing I know I know
You are the God
You are the God
You are the God in whom I’ll trust

God Bless you and your family. He's in good hands.. and you will have a joyous reunion one day. I can only imagine the loss though. And I'm so sorry. What a wonderful tribute.
